About Our RestaurantReview of the Asian Grill Restaurant by Fritz Heizen Director,krADEG Review Services March 2007 Anybody can build a restaurant--just put up four walls and a roof,add a door and hire a cook.But to build a great family restaurant requires a lot more of something that is too often in short supply.And that something is a genuinely warm and inviting attitude.This is what you will find at the Asian Grill. enny and Darrin Ho are the most cordial restaurants we ever met,and at their restaurant hugs and handshakes are the norm when we come and go.Jenny's cordiality,and Darrin's humor,are not just shared with the adults;they also supply the children with their affection. The Asian Grill menu features not only an excellent assortment of Chinese cuisine,but also a few specialties from other Asian lands,e.g.,Pad Thai.I can honestly report that never in our many visits have we had a poor meal.The prices are quite reasonable,especially given the ample portions.As one might expect,we recommend sharing several different dishes amongst the diners at the table. Because of the family ambiance provided by the Hos and their staff,we prefer to eat at the restaurant,but if circumstances dictate a meal at home,the same loving care goes into their carryout meals.This is why every birthday,and family event,is celebrated at the Asian Grill. |
